Hosting a Sunday afternoon polo match on the great lawn of Bryn Du Mansion in Granville gives you the opportunity to invite people to watch polo in a family friendly environment and promote your company or cause. Some use their event to market to new clients, others make their event a client appreciation day.
Here are some specifics:
● You name the polo match.
● Bring small prizes for the winning team and/or provide a trophy that can be used yearly.
● Option to provide shirts for players with your company logo.
● Opportunity to speak and present your company at half time and have a divot stomp.
● Your company logo will be placed on Play Polo Club’s website.
● You can make it as elaborate or simple as you want. Most hosts choose to put up a tent
with drinks/food for their guests.
● If weather forces a cancellation, one rain date attempt will be made.
We ask for a $250 deposit to secure a date and the remaining balance will be due on the day of the event.
Play Polo Club is offering advertising space along our polo field in Westerville. We hold weekly games May through October hosted by individuals, local organizations, and companies. In addition, Play Polo is busy year round with clients taking lessons and stabling horses. First year fee is $500, and the following year’s fee is $200.
